TERMS OF SERVICE · EFFECTIVE AUGUST 20, 2026
From the Risk Desk: this is the agreement. It is not written in anyone’s voice but the firm’s own, because paperwork is paperwork. Read it. M.R.
1. What The Cross Desk is
The Cross Desk (“the Service”) is an analysis and entertainment product operated by Pasha Labs LLC (“we,” “us”). It publishes impersonal, AI-generated market commentary in the form of a fictional trading desk: daily briefs, meeting transcripts, and responses to submitted tickers or trade ideas. The characters are fictional. The commentary is generated by software.
2. Not investment advice; no fiduciary relationship
The Service provides general, impersonal commentary for information and entertainment only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument; and it is not tailored to your financial situation, even where it comments on watchlists or positions you have entered. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
3. AI-generated content may contain errors
The commentary is generated by artificial-intelligence systems. Although market figures are computed from data rather than generated by the AI, and outputs pass automated checks, the Service may still contain errors, omissions, or statements that are outdated, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
4. Market data is delayed and informational
Market data used by the Service is delayed and/or end-of-day, is provided for informational purposes only, and is not suitable for trading decisions requiring current prices. Data is obtained from third-party sources we believe reliable but do not guarantee. Content and data are provided “as is.”
5. Accounts and subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed as recurring flat subscriptions through Stripe. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your billing page or through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and canceling is as easy as subscribing. Prices are never tied to trading outcomes. Founding Partner pricing is locked for the life of the continuous subscription it was granted to. We may change other prices prospectively with notice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service’s content or underlying data feeds; misrepresent generated commentary as coming from a licensed adviser; or use the Service in violation of law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its usage caps.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied; we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service; and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Disputes and arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing desk@thecrossdesk.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes; contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after notice is acceptance. Questions: desk@thecrossdesk.com. See also the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures.
